With over ten years’ experience in building world class Customer Success teams within both large and small technology organisations, Michelle's primary objective is making her customers' investment successful. Michelle's focus is on the long term relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction at every step of their journey.
Michelle has built her customer centric career working for fast growing, innovative organisations including a series of start-up streaming media organisations (one of which built the early versions of the BBC iPlayer) and later the ground breaking Autonomy Systems (now Hewlett Packard). She then moved to Oracle where, as a key strategist and leader, she helped build their EMEA Customer Success organisation from a concept to a reality.
Michelle then joined Infinity, a leading call intelligence platform giving insight into all touch points of the customer journey, as SVP of Customer Success in 2016, where she once again has built a Customer Success organisation aimed at providing exemplary levels of service to a growing customer base. Based in the US and UK, the team work with customers and partners to ensure desired outcomes and value is achieved through use of the Infinity solution.
Michelle says, “Nearly two years into my role, we have achieved a lot in terms of ensuring our customers remain loyal and happy with their Infinity investment. My team work hard to engage our customers and guide them to achieve the outcomes they set out to. My goal is to ensure that this continues through implementing customer centric initiatives that deliver exemplary customer experience and value”.
Although London is now home, Michelle still enjoys escaping to Yorkshire where she hails from to visit friends and family. When she’s not working or travelling, Michelle likes to enjoy fine wine and good food with friends.
